My first year of teaching was not pretty. I studied teaching at the university, to learn with enthusiasm and a desire to help to students. I was the first teacher at the school in the morning and the last to leave in the afternoon.

But it was not long, my enthusiasm began to wane. Teaching is increasingly becoming a task. I began to fear coming to school every day. It was stressed that the end of each day and fear of the patient at the beginning of each week. I started to surf ads help in finding a new job – and that was after paying for four years of university teaching for me!

What has changed? What I really hate to start the lesson?

It was just … Students.

The students do not simply listen. I have all my nights working on the experience of luxury, he was sure to entertain and educate my students.
Then when I started teaching, the students speak a lot, as if they existed. I raised my voice, students are threatening to do more homework to cry, even with them, please.

Alles nur because I wanted learn and receive than Adults able good jobs and decision and for their families come.

Never forget the moment I realized that something had to change. Either I had to change careers, or learn to manage my students.

Yo just give brief instructions to create the project, which had for several days. Yo can see what my students will manage the project, because I had so much time put it excitedly. Once I explained the project and how students were asked to start immediately.

Nobody did nothing. One student said,  Uh, what do we do? Class laughs.
He did it. I exploded. I screamed louder than I think I cried before. I called the students lazy and ungrateful, and half a dozen different things, I do not remember exactly. I closed my hand on the desktop, allowing some students skipped. Finally, I would only leave the room and I locked myself in the bathroom, where I put my head in my hand was up to class.

I knew I could not hide forever, so I took a deep breath and not to seek back to class to answer one of the eyes of my students when they leave the classroom. One student was still in the class, a girl I like to have in class. It was one of the students, what I would do, because I was the master, and she was asked one student.

It was clear that she had been crying. He approached me and said:  I regret what happened. I really try better.  And she had her books in her arms.

Then I realized that things have changed. I have taken my class my students back and somehow I started to load.
